We have been working with Firstlight Cloud Xchange for over a decade. Currently they provide multiple internet links to all our facilities from a variety of carriers including TouchTone, Spectrum, Altice and Verizon. We have utilized FCX for network services such as Point to Point and MPLS as well. They have also brought in VoIP service from RingCentral and SD-WAN service from BullsEye to one of our locations. FCX works with many different carriers and after demonstrating couple of options, we decided to go with Vonage. FCX also brought in internet circuits for both locations from SpectroTel. The FCX team conducted thorough site survey and revamped our entire infrastructure. They installed the phone system and fully trained our staff.
