I was in PHX for work meetings and needed an “emergency” haircut. Happened onto this Great Clips as it was close to my hotel. Super friendly staff and Lance was awesome! I’ll be back next time I’m in town. An added plus…they had a fundraiser going on for the local children’s hospital. I like that commitment to the local community, especially from a national chain.

Great Clips is definitely a lesser option for getting your hair done at extremely reasonable price, I put a photo in with me to see if I can get a duplicate haircut that I had back in my past days, she tried her best, I unfortunately told her not to be afraid of cutting my hair so on that note more was taking I really wanted to. However, I did state to her that she can cut as much off as she wants. Great service, great prices, and I recommend them!

My hair is extremely thick up to a certain point and it's sdragley. Well, Toni did an amazing job on my hair. She cut the length that I wanted. I am totally amazed first time around with her. Plus extremely easy to talk to.

If I could give ZERO STARS, without a shadow of a doubt; that’s precisely what I would do! The mere idea that Jessica is allowed to call herself a “stylist” at Great Clips is ABSOLUTELY OFFENSIVE. My husband made an appointment online to receive a haircut/hairstyle at this location. Upon arriving, he provided Jessica with a clear photo of his desired look (well mine too lol, I was super excited about it) at which time she acknowledged that she understood. We had been growing his hair out and it took quite a long time, but wanted to keep it long down the middle to slick it back while wearing to sides pretty short-but not bald. He says he instructed her NOT TO CUT OFF ANY OF THE HAIR DOWN THE MIDDLE and what does this genuis do? She’s buzz cuts all of his head except for a little at the top!!?. As soon as he returned home and I saw this disaster, I made him take me back to confront her, but by then she had left for the day. I will surely return tmrw during her shift and make no mistake I’m demanding a full refund for this travesty of a haircut! Don’t waste your time nor money! Then to top it all off, her coworker says that she can fix it ? . Lady, unless you know some magic trick that involves growing hair at the blink of an eye; THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK!

Took my fifteen year old daughter to this location for a hair cut. For the past two years she has talked about a specific hair style and contemplated it. It is a bold style and she has feared other people's judgement. The second I showed her stylist Toni the photo of the cut there was instant judgement. She badgered my daughter the entire time in the chair. Questioning her decision and making snarky comments. It felt like a consistent put down. She also did not shave the side my daughter requested completely.

I then overheard the stylist judging the next woman in her chair. The woman had her mother dye her hair at home. The stylist spent several solid minutes pointing out and laughing at all the pieces of hair that were not fully dyed. Then questioning why the woman chose black.

I dont understand the need for put downs, judgement, and mocking especially in that line of work. People are paying you for a service. It isn't your place to share your personal opinions unprompted.

On a positive note I appreciated my stylist Lance. He was very direct. He made sure to check in through out the cut to make sure what I wanted was clear. He was friendly, but not excessive with conversation. He did a great job.

I went in to get a simple cut. I asked for 5in straight across no layers. When I got home and really looked it was completely uneven on the back so I went back and asked them to fix it. Now all of my hair is uneven and looks like I have layers. They over charged me as well. The lady who cut my hair was named flo.
