Dr. Ortiz & her assistant Tara was incredibly gentle and made me feel really comfortable during procedures. I really appreciate how clearly they explained my treatment options and answered all my questions. And was very patient with me I was terrified & didn’t think I could go through with it. The front end staff here is so friendly and welcoming, it really helped to ease my dental anxiety while having my tooth extracted.

Overall an amazing experience at the dentist. I walked in with pain, waited quite a bit but it was worth it. Tania was very helpful and informative. The dentist (young lady) was also amazing; gave me all my options and help me through the process. Gentle, and compassionate. Very satisfied.

It has been a pleasure coming to the house center for someone who has lived overseas for quite a while and used to work seamlessly being here has shown me that the system can work a seamless as well. Joseph has been very helpful to my family, and I she has walked us through where my son was able to get his medical and all the things that he needed to be done for school registration in less than a week with that I will say that without her I believe would be lost in addition to there is a Joseph at the front desk that was there also last week Thursday mind you all of this is right before the holidays where you think that people are a bit you know not lazy but not working so it’s so so efficient talk about efficiency. It is so important that when you are unlimited time and needing things to get done come to this clinic ask for Miss Joseph things will be done. I gave her a five star and I hope the clinic appreciates how helpful she is too patient and clients in addition to that they need to give her a raise and a bonus. They did not pay me to say this. I am just a person who just made the Palm Beach on 19 December.
