Outstanding all around. Great communication, turnover time, accuracy and professionalism. Very convenient location. My laptop was overheating and performing poorly. I was not ready for a new computer nor had the time to shop around for a new system. Was also fearful of losing data. Ken replaced the fan, battery and did a thorough cleaning. The laptop works great again. Highly recommended especially if you are not ready for change.

My laptop got a virus and I wasn't able to access my emails, including my work email. Ken got me in that same day and handled the virus, and installed a better antivirus software. He knew exactly what to do, was quick to repair my computer, and was very fair in pricing. I previously had used several different PC repair shops but wasn't happy with them. However, I am very happy with IT Cloud Global and Ken!

Ken is amazing! My hard drive failed and I thought I lost a very important project that I was working on. Ken really saved me by recovering all my data and replacing the hard drive. He is extremely knowledgable, answered all my questions, and explained everything to me. He came highly recommended and is truly the best! I have recommended him to everyone I know. And he is the only person I will be working with from now on.

Ken is phenomenal. I needed help repairing my iMac last minute and not only did Ken make the process convenient for me, his knowledge and expertise is unmatched. I was truly blown away and beyond impressed with him. He came to my home to do the repair and problem solved so many issues on the spot without hesitation. I feel so thankful that I now have someone reliable to call when we run into future issues. It gives us such peace of mind knowing we won’t have to make appointments just to wait hours in a computer store unknowing if the problem will actually be fixed. Very happy with price and it only took one day to replace my mac screen. The price was lower then others I contacted and Ken was super easy to communicate with and I felt he had a lot of integrity in his work. Highly recommend for any computer issues. Location was and central to everything as well and easy to find.

Great Computer tech in town!!! Ken went above and beyond in fixing my desktop repaired and saved all my data in one place! He upgraded the hard drive, change it to a new case and gave me a very affordable service fee!!! The repair was done quickly !!!I am very thankful!!!

I found Ken's business through google and was glad I did. Like most people, my computer problems happen right before important events. I went to Ken when my camera driver stopped working before a job interview. He was so kind and worked hard to fix it with overnight turnaround. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest computer expert with competitive pricing.

I took my computer to Ken in this business and asked him to solve a battery issue. He solves the battery issue and convince me to also install a digital hard drive. To say I was satisfied with his work and especially his recommendation is an understatement - he gave me back a computer that runs better than it did when new. I recommend d his business, his ethics and his customer orientation to anyone who sees this message!
