Excel Micro is one of your owned subsidiaries and has been HORRIBLE to work with. I wish zero stars was possible. Tech support inaccurate and unreliable. Billing is very shady - I tried multiple times to contact billing to ensure our account was up to date and zero return calls or e-mails then a year later they sent us to collections saying we never said to cancel our account?!? We had stopped using their services LONG AGO after their nonfunctional ZixCorp system cost us thousands of dollars in lost revenue after our e-mails weren't arriving to their designation.

Been trying to cancel service since 3/2018. Each contact with call center leaves me w yet another billed month for service. Each time promising something, each month getting billed. This company is untrustworthy, and the call center staff is rude and unprofessional. Especially a young man who claims to be a supervisor named Ronnie Matthews. They prefer to argue and be rude than to help. He,s even hung up on me twice, called me a liar and refused to escalate my issue past him.

It has become personal and I no longer feel reasonable in my resolve.

I strongly recommend you seek a more customer centric service provider.

And I ll continue to post and express my discontent until my problem is solved.

I signed up for the trial. Before the 30 days were over I went online to cancel and you can only do per the chat (this is per the MyFax FAQ section). The chat was not working so I emailed both the support and sales email accounts I found on the website. I forgot to follow up and never got a response. I remembered when I was going through my credit card and found the monthly charge. So I got online and started a MyFax chat. First MyFax tried to offer me a different plan but I was in no mood. MyFax cancelled my service but didn't refund the 2 months of $10. I was told you can contact billing 24/7 but the FAQ section says nothing about the billing contact info. SO be careful - cancelling is a pain and confirm you followed through or your trial will cost you. I wish they offered more info under the FAQ if billing if other contact options are available.

Nightmare company, stay away very toxic. I've been with MyFax for over 4 years with multiple business fax lines so I know I little about this company. I put up with the bad customer service because I'm fully aware this is a deep discounted service. The primary reason I'm labeling them a "toxic company" is because they are keeping one of my phone numbers that I originally ported in. If they don't eventually concede I will file a lawsuit to get back my phone number and port it over to our company's new fax service company. I would select zero s stars if Google would let you.

MyFax Central is not only a horrible service, but once I realized that and tried to cancel, they continued to bill me after I asked them to close the account. They told me the only way to close the account is to call them on the phone. Surprise, they also make it incredibly difficult to cancel on the phone. Here’s the thing – it’s ILLEGAL to require a phone call to cancel an automatically billed service.

They own eFax, which purchased the MaxEmail. I had been using MaxEmail for $20 annual fee. They billed me automatically for $80 and when I cancelled immediately, refused to give any type of refund. I tried to contact them and received no response at all. The help desk ticket was just closed with no follow up. Their policy is to not give refunds, but since they bill in advance of the subscription, this isn't a refund. It should be pro-rated for the amount of time the service was used.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Awful company. We purchased one of their Campaigner marketing plans that was supposed to be based on the contacts you have. Warning - their prices aren't cheap and they won't tell you until you have signed up, but all plans are restricted to just 6 campaigns. They refuse to provide refunds. Avoid, you can get far more for far less.

Awful company, they make it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. You can only cancel by phone, and there is no option when you call to cancel. You have to choose "upgrade your service" to cancel. Will not offer a refund for the month even if the current month just started. You are billed for the month in advance. 0 stars if possible.
