Ich war heute Morgen ohne Termin hier. Sehr freundliche und empathische Mitarbeiter, mehrsprachig. Am Empfang wurden alle notwendigen Daten aufgenommen, im Anschluss ging es nach sehr kurzer Wartezeit direkt zur Blutentnahme. Auch diese Mitarbeiterin war super freundlich und einfühlsam. Die Einrichtung wirkte sehr sauber. Ich werde wieder zum Labor hier hin gehen. Vielen Dank!

To be honest, I never would have thought that I would be writing this review but I think it is important. Today we went for the PCR with the whole family, the reception and the way of treating us and our kid was sincerely exceptional! Fantastic staff! Really to be recommended in case of need! Today, I had an unpleasant incident in your lab. Your employee made three attempts to take blood from both hands without success. The other employee took the blood from first attempt successfully. I was very stressed and have terrible hematomas on my arms. Please take measures. Thank you.

Had to do a PCR test, end of November last year. The staff at the reception was very nice and professional. PCR result I received by app in the very very early next morning. Last Thursday and Friday I returned and had to arrange a blood test and urine test. This was at 7am in the early morning. Again I was treated very nice and professional. The facility is modern and located convenient near bus stop at Rte de Longwy a 1 min, walk. The result I received by app at 5pm. same day. Be aware after 7am the waiting room fills up quickly. Come in at 6:30am is my recommendation. Came in 28.07.2023 again for a blood and urine test at 10:30h and received result by chat at 15:00h same day. There was 1 other waiting for a test in the waiting room. Facilities is very clean, bright and roomy. Staff spoke either French, English, German...and Luxemburgish. The staff who helped me explained why I would be charged/billed for some additional cost as CNS has a limit on some tests you can do per year. I hardly felt the sting when the staff took my blood. All very professional.Thank you.

Ouvert le samedi jusqu'à 11h. Avec la distanciation nous étions 7 personnes à l'extérieur à 11h et que nous avons tous été reçus cordialement.

Very rude.
Receptionist didnt ask me for my name or said hello when entering reception. Waited long even tho I had an appointment. The nurse performing the PCR test was extremely rude and annoyed by me for not having an information that the receptionist was supposed to give to me.

Open early in the morning. Staff is very polite and helpful. Just bring your prescription and CNS card and they will take care of the rest
