Lansight Technology has a wonderful staff that does a fantastic job. I was very upset about my computer problems, but the fixed the problem ASAP. They are friendly, efficient, and want to help you solve your computer problems. If was a pleasure to have them service my computer because I felt like my computer days were over, but to my surprise I was up and running again in 15 min or less. The are the best.

For the pass week and a half, I have been dealing with major computer system issues.
I went on vacation and upon my return everything was a mess, my computer did not function at the most important time of the month when closings are at their peak.
Two different techs worked on my computer to only get worst.
No PDF could not open write, or send email, could not print, it was "Nightmare on Elm Street".
Ron was the only tech who knew exactly what he was doing, he worked with me to make my closings happen. After a very stressful week the decision to reset the computer was made and again Ron was there every step of the way, until today when we finally closed the ticket.
Ron's customer service skills are beyond words, I was so stressed for not being able to perform my job, but I made it and all because of Ron's diligence and continuing to follow up with every issue I had with the computer. Ron's professionalism in handling my hysterics is outstanding, he assured me we would find a solution, and he did.
We have finalized and closed the ticket, I am going to miss speaking to him and I wanted to thank him for assisting me the past week in completing my job and getting the work done.
I commend his dedication in servicing the clients with an outstanding attitude.
