First time eating here, and it was a great first impression! Loading Gastrobrunch in St. Cloud, FL is a great place for brunch. You can eat outside or inside. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. I'm assuming the customers are locals (like myself), and everyone is very friendly and attentive. I ordered the "Boring Breakfast." Ironically, it's very delicious and far from boring! The portions are huge. The highlights are the Cinnibun French toast (wow, the best!) and the potatoes (just crispy, but still tender on the inside and not overly seasoned). Honestly, everything was well balanced. Not too salty or sweet. I also ordered the local light espresso coffee (smooth and not too intense). My mom ordered the "Produce Omelette." It's all vegetable and vegan. She loved it. And it came with a side of your choice. She went with fresh fruit. Overall, it was a great meal. Our server Laura was friendly and attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The rest of the staff were great too. I sense a comradery among them. I highly recommend eating here. I will definitely be back. Please support your local businesses!

Best restaurant in St. Cloud! Worth the price, it was so good I was excited to eat leftovers the next day! We had the boring burger and chicken sandwich as well as the quinoa bowl and one of the hashes. Everything was excellent and so make sure to order a side of Mac and cheese as it's beyond good. Parking is on the street so it may be a bit difficult but it's a nice area to walk around at and explore with family.

Very happy I decided on this spot. I love one of a kind eateries. My taste buds were elated. The atmosphere and staff were very pleasant. Most importantly, the bathrooms were immaculate. I will definitely return.

Only issue is I'm sad we don't live closer. We drove almost an hour to eat brunch here and it was SO worth it. We were already heading to St. Cloud for the day and decided to see what was available for breakfast in the area and I'm so happy we chose to eat here. One of the best meals we've had in a long time. Everything was perfectly cooked and so well seasoned! And our server Jesse was extremely polite and attentive throughout our meal. He informed us both things we ordered were two of his favorite dishes and I can see why! We will definitely be making this drive to eat here more often.

Atmosphere: 5/5 stars. This place could easily hold its own in any major city, yet it maintains a unique, homegrown feel that's perfect for St. Cloud. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit.

Service: Mixed bag. While the staff was friendly and attentive, our order came out incorrect and had to be sent back. The food runners were great, but our server never acknowledged the mistake. Additionally, the food took longer than expected, even for a scratch kitchen.

Food: Disappointing. Ignoring the initial error, the remade dishes still missed the mark. The biscuits were cold and hard, the Bloody Mary was missing garnishes, and the waffle tasted stale. The grits and the chicken/mac and cheese filling were the only highlights.

Overall: I'm willing to give Loading Gastrobrunch another chance, but not at opening. It has the potential to be a great addition to St. Cloud's breakfast scene, but needs to iron out the kinks in its food preparation and service consistency.

My wife and I had brunch here recently. Very nice place inside, and the Bloody Mary’s are spectacular. But…don’t get the waffle. Truly the worst waffle I’ve ever had in a restaurant. They served the first one pale and gooey. We returned it and the second one was only half cooked. We informed the server who answered that they were having issues with the waffle iron and that we know for the next time. Crazy. And, the potatoes were hard, the food just seemed to have been sitting too long. And yes, we were charged full price. No problem, they are nice servers, but we won’t go back for anything accept maybe a Bloody Mary, as noted, the drink was fantastic. Too bad, we really wanted to like this place.
