The testing site is great as all the reviews have shown. DO NOT use their internship program. They will make big claims such as but not limited to "We will train and help finance for testing and having you working in as little as 3 months!". This internship program is a HUGE scam. They have people (multiple) that have been told they would be working as soon as June. It is October and "funding" still has not been sent. They will name any reason under the book. Honestly I highly suspect there is no jobs available and they are using this as an opportunity to get paid by the government for useless unnecessary "classes" that most people could teach themselves and test on their time. 0/10 Whoever Dee is, is impossible to reach if you are a student and they will not communicate with anyone for weeks on end just to say "we don't know when this will happen" or "I'll look into it". My advice is if you'd like to run a proper internship program maybe focus on your students and give them prompt instruction and funding necessary. You claim to have all this money sitting in an account and just magically can't send it. Very suspicious and convenient.

I had taken a couple cert exams at another testing center and both times the experience was not great (noisy / distracting). Decided to try Nevada Help Desk for my last exam and I'm so glad I did. It was MUCH quieter and I essentially got my own office with a very comfy office chair. This is the only place I'll be taking my cert exams in the future.

Comfortable, clean, and accommodating. They had a noise machine with rain sounds to help me feel calm and ready for testing. The Shaquille O'Neal Zephyrus Ergonomic Bonded Leather High-Back Executive Chair, was a special touch to making this experience a special one. Took my exam here and passed 🙂 As other mentions review, you get a private office suite w a Shaquille O’Neal chair, sound diffuser, and more. It’s located in a shared office-space so you might hear voices in the hallway, but it didn’t bother me too much.

My proctor even waited outside for me in the morning to let me in. He was super chill and explained all the rules nicely. I appreciate all the extra steps they took to make sure you’re comfortable!

Best testing experience I've had! From the testing supervisor to the suite in which I took the exam, everything is geared towards exam taker success. I appreciated the small things like the fan on the desk, the noise suppression system, to the luxurious testing chair. Highly recommend Nevada Help Desk for all your testing and education needs!

Nevada Help Desk is the best certification test Center I have ever experienced. Nevada Help Desk has taken me as a regular High School student trying to make side money as a lifeguard to a fully fledged App Developer. They got me certifications from Apple, Facebook, and the FBI. On top of all that, it was completely free. I never paid a dollar! I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to get ahead in life.
