I looked for someone to help me with a recurring problem with "Outlook". I could find no solution with all the "technical support" that was available on line. I was at my wit's end. I found ONIT on line. The reviews were good, but I admit I was somewhat skeptical. However, I was desperate. I contacted Jay who was very professional and who assured me he could help with the problem. He gave me several current references. I checked them. They all had glowing praise for the Jay and ONIT's services. I contracted with Jay to tackle the problem. He worked on it diligently and narrowed down some of the issues, but couldn't fully resolve the matter. He remained confident however, that he could fix it...and I was confident of him as well. In short while he contacted me and told me how the problem could be resolved. He then applied the fix. All is well and I am back in business. He was professional, friendly, knowlegeble. He was prompt and efficient. He followed up to see that things were working for me. It was worth every cent.

I have a small accounting practice and I rely entirely on my internet being available at all times. A short time ago my internet was not working for, at least, two or three days, so as the saying goes, " I was dead in the water"
Jay and ONIT was called in to fix my problem. Jay was called and said he would be available at 2:00. He was standing at my door at 2:00 and ny 2:45
my internet service was up and running again. I have been in business for over 30 years and I do not ever recall having an IT service provider actually do what they promise. ONIT did exactly that and even followed up with a courtesy call asking if my internet service was still working.
I now have a new source for my IT issues.
