My experience with Cloud Nine was exceptional, as many others have shared. The months I spent planning my proposal came together exactly as I envisioned, all thanks to their incredible team. What truly stood out was how perfectly they documented the entire event—every emotion, the surprise, the happy tears, and the pure joy were captured so beautifully by their photography team. Not a single moment was missed, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results.
There were so many key elements that made this experience special, and it all came down to the team. From July to September, I worked closely with Anastasia, who always went the extra mile, even answering my calls and texts after hours when my schedule only allowed for evening planning. In the final week, Sofia helped me fine-tune all the little details that mattered most to me, ensuring everything worked out perfectly, even with last-minute decisions. Despite the mystery of the location, they provided enough information to make me feel confident and prepared.
The finishing touch was the amazing event arrangement team. They worked seamlessly, capturing the moment without intruding. Although I didn't get their names, they were incredibly kind and easy to talk to afterward. Honestly, with how smooth everything went, I wouldn't mind asking them to do my wedding! Cloud Nine truly exceeded my expectations, and I’m grateful for the unforgettable experience they helped create.

Everything was setup perfectly! Plenty of detail in the planning process with some great setups and locations available. Everything went perfect during my engagement. Anastasia walked me through the beginning of the process with picking the location and setup. Sofia was there on site to take some photos and videos so I had something to post while we wait for the professional photos to be sent. I was so stressed about trying to coordinate something like this and Cloud Nine handled it all. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Worth it!
