I wish I could give this company negative stars. The owner, Madinah, has no idea what she's doing. I have more IT knowledge than she does. She is constantly flying off the handle and seems delusional when being held accountable. Thus far we've paid her money for a "service" that has yet to be provided.

The company charges us for their mistakes and sends over links that are easily accessible online for us to troubleshoot our own work. I have no idea how this place remains in business but save your time, energy, and sanity by finding a better IT service.
