What a company! We have Pembertons Flowers here in Salem. This morning as I turned on our computers to start another busy day at our shop nothing happened, something about our "D" drive, it was not working.
I called Salem Computers and asked about what was going on.
We had crashed, .
Our computers all 6 of them, not only runs our point of sale, and our Pembertons website, it also handles all wire orders that are sent to us and we need to send for the day to fill and upcoming events from all over the States.
It also means our Quickbooks was not working.
Jesse , at Salem Computers has been taking care of our systems for years and with his knowlegable experience, he saved the day. Yes, it did take about 4 hours, we went back to the old days of hand writing orders, and coping down credit card numbers until we could the system back up.
I am SO grateful for Jesse at Salem Computers, and Brian his helper that was also here. He restored everything,
I mean, I called them and it was within the hour they were here, assuring me it would be ok. He knew what to do, Wow that's huge!
Thank you Salem Computers, Your backups you have advised me to get in the past , all good! You restored all our history and clients history and quickbooks, ALL GOOD!!!
