I didn't actually meet Seif. I needed some help on something, and he was the first person I called. (He had a great review here.) But I went to voicemail and I just hung up. I had no interest in telling a long story to a machine. But, a couple of minutes later, I got a text message from Seif telling me to text him. And I did, and we went back and forth, and he told me exactly what I needed and what to do. And when I asked him how much the part was, he told me that he doesn't do sales, just repairs. So he solved my problem by text and didn't make a nickel on it. But he told me not to worry, because I'd need him in the future. And he's probably right.

At midnight on a saturday night seif was the only guy who responded and within 5 minutes fixed my problem and responded immediately. He clearly knows what he is talking about with regards to pc and computer hardware and could not recommend him enough. Great guy!!!

Seif was so great! I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. My computer was running super slow and I’m taking several online courses and sending clips and I wasn’t able to do anything. It was horrible! We tried doing a remote first for convenience sake but my laptop wouldn’t do anything let alone a remote. Seif made a house call and spent several hours fixing the problem. He explained what he was doing and why and what options there were. My computer is working again!!!!!He’s a cool and super-chill person and just plain nice. He also charges really reasonable fees. I highly recommend him!
