I have been a user of tenant cloud for a few months now, have not had any major issues until today. I have attempted to log in to the tenantcloud website multiple times, I have been stuck on the loading screen for nearly 30 minutes. Yes, I have refreshed the page. I tried to login on my mobile phone as well, it is giving me the same result. I have tried it with and without internet as well, it is not an issue on our end. I have a tenant matter that needs documentation and cannot access the documents without tenantcloud.

We have been using TC for last 5 years since they starting offering apps to service property managers. We used to love the app and support is always great and quick. With new recent payment system changes, we are having lots of delays to get landlord paid and many asked us to even change to new service. We are going to keep giving our feedback to them and hopefully they will fix issues and get back to great mode. As usual their support is quick but need little more training these days with new system.

I have used TenantCloud for the last few years. It has been a great way to self manage our 10 rental units. The ability to produce a Schedule E at tax season has paid for itself many times over! Their support team is also always quick to answer questions, concerns and/ or suggestions. The payouts have always been consistent. Lastly, its nice to have all of my tenant documents in one spot!! I have recommended TenantCloud to a lot of other investors, friends and family members in the landlord business. If you need a dependable software program to manage your rentals, I would def go with TenantCloud.

They get back to me whenever I open up a ticket within a few hours and work with me to better streamline my business using their platform. I was strictly into flipping homes as a realtor but found myself having to take over a dozen properties that my family owns. I had zero property management experience and was in need of software to help me organize the day to day expenses. I found Tenant Cloud through a web search. They were still in their start up phase. What appealed to me most was how user friendly the software is. Also their support team was quick to reply and would spend the time necessary to explain how to use any functions or transactions that I didn't understand or know how to do. As they have grown the support interaction has become less one on one but they are still very quick to respond and thorough in their quest to make sure that every question or issue is fully resolved. I recommend this platform to all of my friend. Especially those like myself who are not "natural accountants".

TenantCloud is a cloud based software for landlord and tenant functions. It is a wonderful choice for people with smaller numbers of rentals. The price is affordable and it is user-friendly enough, although, It often feels as though they are trying to make improvements too quickly and customers have to catch up with the changes. Overall it is a solid choice for Landlords.

I had been tracking TenantCloud as a property management solution for a couple years before I decided to use it. There have been major improvements over that time and I feel that in its current state it is acceptable when used in combination with other tools. I use it exclusively for basic accounting, online payment collection, and report generation. I use other solutions for tenant applications, screening, creating/signing leases, and more advanced accounting.

Customer support has been receptive of suggestions I've made for improvements, and I hope that in time it will incorporate more quality-of-life features.

The web and mobile applications don't feel snappy, but they also don't feel sluggish.

If you are looking for an easy-to-use all-in-one solution for a handful of investment properties, this is probably a good place to start.

We have been using TenantCloud for two years now to manage our 15 investment properties. It has made operation so much easier. We have gone to the system as we do not want to use the US mail system anymore. Payments are done in a timely matter with our clients, we also like the fact that it takes care of late fees for us, and lets us know when payments are late, and tabulates late payments for us. Their customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend. A+ service! Our tenants like the system also.
