Manager was combative when we asked him to change his gloves. Dude was wiping his nose on his gloves and touching the monitor. Yelled at us 'no one changes their gloves after touching the monitor!"

Not something you should be bragging about to customers. Not the first time we've had issues here with cleanliness. See y'all at Snarfs.

The subs and salads are very good, and they have a wide variety of options. The store is spacious and there is a good amount of booth seating. The brownies are also quite tasty.

That said, I was a little disappointed by the general cleanliness—there were crumbs and pieces of salad on numerous booth seats and one of the employees wiped off a knife covered in mayonnaise and mustard on their apron before cutting my friend’s chicken for their salad.

All in all, this place is worth going to, but I hope they clean up their general hygienic practices and sweep/clean the seating area a bit more consistently.

I guess it's too much to ask of these artsy-fartsy weirdos to just make my sandwich normal.. Just put the meat on the bottom, the veggies on top and wrap it up.. Quit trying to make it your own you're not special just make the sandwich the same way EVERY TIME. It's not hard gals (the guys seem to get it)..

This is the thundercloud location that we frequent most often.
They're usually pretty fast, efficient, and friendly when we go.

I have no complaints about the actual sandwich itself. They're delicious and I recommend the office favorite!

Been trying to eat less carbs, so I've been choosing to eat their salads. I will say that if you go later on in the day they don't have any salads left. This has happened to me at least twice. It's a bummer but what can you do?

The kids are also huge fans and often ask to go here if we're having a quick lunch or dinner out of the house.

amazing! we love this location. food has always been fast, fresh, and delicious. staff has also always been friendly. their egg salad is top tier. also is wallet-friendly. favorite place for subs.

Unless you go at off times, or order online, don't bother going to this store. I just watched six employees walk in circles will five people stood in line waiting to make an order. Basically it's good food, but don't expect that this will be a quick in and out because they can't handle their business properly. There is no sense of urgency and they don't care.
