He also solicits reviews and will call and harass your work place for leaving a bad review. Way behind the times. It's time for this dinosaur to become extinct.

A Disappointing Experience

After several months of engaging with UnbreakableIT for our company's IT needs, I find myself compelled to share my experience, which has been, unfortunately, less than satisfactory.

Outdated Technology and Systems:
One of the most glaring issues with UnbreakableIT is their reliance on outdated technology. In an era where IT solutions evolve rapidly, UnbreakableIT seems to be stuck in the past. Their software platforms are not only archaic but also lack the efficiency and security features that modern businesses require. This has led to frequent system downtimes and security vulnerabilities that have significantly hindered our operations.

Subpar Hardware Solutions:
The hardware provided by UnbreakableIT has been consistently underwhelming. The servers and workstations are not only old but also prone to malfunctions. This has resulted in a loss of productivity on multiple occasions. It's baffling that a company claiming to be at the forefront of IT solutions would utilize such outdated hardware.

Lack of Responsive Support:
Another major issue is their customer support. On numerous occasions, our requests for assistance were met with delayed responses. When dealing with IT, time is of the essence, and UnbreakableIT's lackadaisical approach to support is unacceptable. This has left us feeling neglected and undervalued as clients.

Inflexible and Overpriced Service Packages:
UnbreakableIT's service packages are not only rigid but also surprisingly overpriced considering the outdated solutions they offer. There is a lack of flexibility to tailor services to specific business needs, which is crucial in today's diverse business landscape.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, my experience with UnbreakableIT has been deeply disappointing. Their reliance on outdated technology, subpar hardware, poor customer support, and inflexible service packages make them a poor choice for any business seeking reliable and modern IT solutions. It's high time for UnbreakableIT to either revamp their approach or make way for more competent and forward-thinking IT service providers.

This place is terrible. They don't do what they say, and when you post realistic negative reviews they resort to calling your place of business to take it down. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Buyer beware, this company will screw you over.

I'm a solo practitioner and was unfortunate enough to walk in on a Monday morning to find my Server unresponsive because my hard drive failed. Since I had never had this happen before, I was unsure who to call when I remembered UnbreakableIT was right near the courthouse. The same day I brought my Server in, Jaime the owner, was able to diagnose the problem and get my server back up and running. He was extremely patient with me even though I was extremely nervous that I had lost all of my data. I can't thank him and his staff enough for saving me from such a stressful situation.
